Farewell Dr. Price
It is with best wishes for the future that we inform you that after thirty-five years of devoting his life to his work in Pediatrics, Dr. Barry Price will retire this June 2019. It is never easy to say goodbye and Dr. Price will be deeply missed by the entire Premier family. His excellent provision of medical care, warmth, kindness and great sense of humor has left an indelible mark in our hearts and on our practice. We wish Dr. Price so much happiness as he embarks on this new journey to be a doting grandfather, NYC aficionado and who knows perhaps a future gourmet chef (he’s a great cook!) We are collecting stories, notes, and photographs from our patients to share with Dr. Price. Have something you want to share? Email firstname.lastname@example.org

I have 5 children. A tween and 4 kids under the age of 16 months. As you can imagine, we make a lot of trips to the doctor’s office. We are so grateful for premier pediatrics. They are a group of terrific doctors who work hard and handle their patients with personalized care. They also are super responsive, knowledgeable about all kid topics and always trying to educate me on what is the best path for our children. They have been a tremendous asset to our family and we want to express our appreciation for them. Couldn’t do it without you Premier!
We’ve been with the practice since our oldest child was a newborn (he’s 5 now), and I’ve found every pediatrician that we’ve seen there to be excellent. We now have a 18-month-old daughter who has been very well cared for by the doctors at PP, too. In fact, when she had a health scare last fall, our pediatrician called multiple times to check on her, and even answered questions I had via email over the weekend — while she was out of town. I’m so thankful we found PP!
Listening, communication, & knowledge is how I sum up Premier Pediatrics. They take the time to listen. They talk with you about all the stages of development. That time is somethings rarely seen in an New York City doctors office. They are amazingly knowledgeable, with years of training and practice and being in practice is key to their success.
Being a parent is challenging, especially in New York City, and I’m grateful to have Premier Pediatrics on my side. From tiny concerns to major health care decisions, I know I can always count on the Premier doctors for their expertise and guidance.
The doctors at Premier are always quick to respond to emergency after-hours calls and always make time for the last minute sick visit. It's a very rare day when we wait for an appointment and with all the personalized, one-on-one attention their doctors give, we always leave feeling as if our children are their most important patients. We could never imagine sending our little ones anywhere else.
To feel educated, protected and not like a failure of a mother when seeing your pediatrician is key to any relationship parents have with their kids doctors. This is exactly what Premier and their incredible team of doctors do every day. Our family is so lucky to have the Premier team in our corner.
